What is a premium text message or SMS+?

It is a surcharged text message charged directly on your phone bill (at the rate specified on the merchant's site). The web user sends a key word to a specific number and receives a text message with his HiPay Mobile access code on his mobile phone.

 

What is a surcharged phone call?

In order to buy a HiPay Mobile code by Audiotel (Interactive Voice Response), you need to dial a specific number that will be charged on your phone bill (at the rate specified on the merchant's site). Your call connects you to a vocal server that delivers a HiPay Mobile access code.

 

If I call for my code, do I need to stay connected to the HiPay Mobile telephone server for the duration of my site visit? 

No, when you call, you will be given your access code within 90 seconds. Once you obtain it, you may hang up.

 

My code did not work when I entered it into my site. What do I do? 

Make sure your browser accepts cookies. If so, contact customer support.

 

Do I have to accept cookies? 

Yes, your browser must accept incoming cookies in order to access to paid content. If you use a firewall, make sure it doesn't block cookies.

HiPay Mobile offers 6 payment solutions:

- Internet+ Box: Direct ISP billing (only in France).
- Neosurf: prepaid card available in the Neosurf points of sale (in these countries).

What is a cookie?

A cookie is a set of data which is sent by a website to a web user and which is retrieved on each visit on the site.

 

How are prices set up for each country/network provider?

Prices are discussed with local payment operators in each country and are in compliance with local legislation.

How does a prepaid card work?

You buy a prepaid card in one of the Neosurf points of sale: list of these points of sale. Once you have the card, you just need to input the code written on it in one of our payment scripts.
